Knorr Chicken Powder 900g

To make a chicken stock, dissolve 20g Knorr chicken powder in 1 litre of boiling water. Try using a stronger mixture of chicken powder and water to marinate chicken strips, for a flavourful stir fry. Or rub in to the skin of a whole chicken or wings & drumsticks before roasting or frying, for crispy skin bursting with chicken flavour.

Knorr chicken powder bouillon has the same great flavour as Amoy chicken powder, something of a cult ingredient in China.

Ingredients: lactose (milk), salt, flavour enhancers (E621, E631, E627), maltodextrin, potassium chloride, chicken (5.7%), modified corn starch, palm fat, sugar, yeast extract, chicken fat (0.6%), flavourings (contains egg), chicken extract (0.1%), potato starch, acid (lactic acid), antioxidant (extracts of rosemary), colour (E150c).
